[. . . ] Instructions for use Please follow the following steps when applying the kit: 1st step: Take the items out of the packet and place them in front of you on a clean and flat surface. 2nd step: Open the foil bag (1) which contains the test cassette and place the test cassette containing the test strip in front of you. 3rd step: Take the alcoholic wipe (2) out of the bag and clean the point where blood will be taken (finger pad). The blood taking point must be clean and hot, and do not place it upper than your heart. 4th step: Turn the plastic safety shield out from the finger prick needle (3). 5th step: Blood-sample taking is painless. Place the finger prick needle on your skin and push with a firm movement until it can go no further. 6th step: Place your finger above the hollow of the test cassette indicated with an , , S". 7th step: Drop one blood drop onto the hollow indicated with an , , S". 8th step: Break down the lid of the bottle which contains the vehicle solution (4). 9th step: Drop 2 or 3 drops of liquid onto the hollow indicated with an , , S". How to read the result: You can read the result under the letter , , T". Dr. Drop Negative result: one control line appears under the letter , , C" (control) and no line appears under the letter , , T" (test). Dr. Drop Positive result: if two lines appear (one under the letter , , C" and one under the letter , , T") it means a positive result irrespective of the fact which line appears first. We recommend to execute a new test in order to confirm each positive test result. Dr. Drop Uninterpretable result: no control line appears under the letter , , C". You must immediately execute the test after taking the test strip out of the foil bag. In every case when the result is positive you must control the result before undergoing any kind of treatment.
