However, no specific tests have been carried out to assure the reliability of the system when using fuel containing alcohol. Consequently, we suggest that our customers do not use fuel containing alcohol on Ferrari vehicles. Besides being on the cutting edge of new technologies, this car makes a mark in the evolution of the design which characterises the production of FERRARI 8-cylinder cars. [. . . ] Tire repair canister (B) This must always be kept in its special case (C) and in the luggage compartment. In case of tire puncturing, this canister can be used to repair and to inflate the tires so to proceed travelling in sufficiently safe conditions. After the canister has been used for repair work, the car must be considered in an `emergency condition' (maximum speed allowed: 50 mph - 80 Km/h). The tire repair canister cannot be of any use in the event of large holes or lacerations of the tire. The canister must be protected from sunrays and should not be exposed to temperatures over 122 °F (50 °C). The content is highly flammable, it must be therefore kept away from any combustion source. When using the canister, follow the instructions written on the can extremely carefully. As well as the tools supplied with the car, always make sure you have a hazard warning triangle fitting all the legal requirements in the car. It is fitted by means of specific fastening brackets positioned on the car floor, on the passenger's side. Check the extinguisher for correct pressure and charge status at regular intervals, using the pressure gauge (A). In the event that the extinguisher is used, it is advisable to remove the whole unit, in order to prevent the protrusions represented by the fastening brackets from encumbering the passenger foot area. They come with a pair of belts so that they can be fastened to the rear shelf by means of buttons applied at specific points of said shelf. Before replacing a light bulb for the headlights, make sure that the corresponding fuse is intact. To have access to the front light bulbs, turn the wheels fully towards the inside and dismount the flap (A). replacing the high beam light bulbs · Turn the battery master switch to the "OFF" position (see page 5. Rotate and unfasten the support (C) and take out the light bulb (D) without disconnecting the connector (B). Insert the new bulb and proceed with reassembling the dismounted parts. Turn the battery master switch to the "ON" position (see on page 5. Avoiding touching the halogen light bulbs with your hands; if this should happen, clean the bulb (make sure that it is cool) with a cloth dampened with alcohol. Low beam lights The low beams' bulbs are XENON lamps and are supplied through high voltage. Avoid any operation when the ignition key is turned to position "II". To adjust the light beam of the front headlights, contact the AUTHORIZED FERRARI DEALER. [. . . ] Reinforcement sheets and gussets are made of aluminium and they are highly resistant. The bodywork is completed by the outer sheet pieces such as mudguards, side panels and roof which, depending on the car model, can be joined to the space frame by means of various connection techniques. The moving parts of the body that are fastened with screws such as front hood, the rear engine hood and the doors, complete the bodywork. If the aluminium parts are damaged, the repair work must always consist in replacement of the piece. [. . . ]
