Erasing Messages
Youcanerasetherecordedmessages onebyoneorallmessagesinafolderat atime. Note
Oncearecordinghasbeenerased, youcannot retrieveit.
Youcaneraseunwantedmessages, retainingallothermessageswhentheIC recorderisinthestoporplaybackmode. Whenamessageiserased, the remainingmessageswilladvanceand berenumberedsothattherewillbeno spacebetweenmessages.
1 Press ERASE while playing back
the message you want to erase or press and hold ERASE while the IC recorder is in the stop mode. Themessagetitle, messagenumber, and"ERASE?[ERASE]TOEXECUTE"will bedisplayedandthemessagewillbe playedback.
Erasing messages one by one
2 Press ERASE again while "ERASE?
[ERASE] TO EXECUTE" is displayed. "ERASING. . . "willbedisplayed, onemessagewillbeerased, and theremainingmessageswillbe renumbered.
