[. . . ] To play General MIDI files on your computer through your G­DEC: Connect MIDI OUT on your properly configured computer sound card (or interface), to MIDI IN on the G­DEC. Replace a blown fuse only with the type and rating specified below the fuse holder. To remove the fuse holder: Unplug the G­DEC power cord from the socket to expose the fuse holder. Play guitar, select presets and play the drum loop (or the phrase sampler) in Play Mode. Press EXIT to return to Play Mode from any other mode (Play Mode activates automatically after 60 seconds of inactivity in the other modes). [. . . ] Then connect the other end of that MIDI cable to the MIDI In port on the G­DEC into which you wish to load the preset. Then follow the Dump Preset procedure (see Utility Mode, page 11) on the G­DEC that holds the preset you want to share.
