To activate the machine, press the `Power-On' button on the control panel. The machine will `beep' (3x) and the LED turns green when the machine is ready to bind. Ensure prompt document removal sheets are in contact with the glued spine by tapping gently on a flat surface Check timer setting is correct and process the document again Check the number of sheets is appropriate for the cover width.
