The charger will not supply charging current under default mode, the default mode is due to the below cases: ANo battery put inside charger, or the "2/4" optional button is not in correct position. End of Charging: 1. When the red LED is solid and the green LED is blinking, it indicates the batteries are fully charged, and the batteries could be taken out and are ready to use.
