[. . . ] · The playing speed decreases when moved upwards and increases when moved downwards. q POWER button (¢ON £OFF) · Push this button to turn the power on. NOTE: · Be sure to close the disc holders before turning off the power. !4 PITCH/KEY, RANGE button w POWER indicator e Disc holder · This lights when the power is on. y Jog wheel (inner wheel) · Place discs in this holder. · Push the disc holder OPEN/CLOSE button to open and close the disc holder. · Do not push the disc tray in manually when the power is off, as this may result in malfunction and damage the player. · In the pause, CUE or Frame repeat mode, turn this wheel during for search operation to find the CUE point in units of frames. · In the Playback mode, turn this wheel to temporarily pitch bend the playing speed. · With this button you can select PITCH and KEY ADJUST mode. Green LED indicates in Pitch mode and Orange indicator in Key Adjust mode. · RANGE: Push this button for more than 1 sec to select the pitch range. The pitch range can be selected with the TRACK SELECT knob from ±4, 10, *16, 24, 50 or 100%. (*Max pitch for MP3) u Continue/Single button ( CONT. /SINGLE, RELAY) · CONT. /SINGLE: Short pushing play ending mode between CONT. (continue: play more tracks) and SINGLE (stop playing and ReCUE's back to your set point). · SINGLE PLAY LOCK: SINGLE PLAY LOCK can be selected by PRESET(10). When SINGLE PLAY LOCK is selected, track selection during playback is disabled. This prevents playback from stopping when the Track Select Knob is turned accidentally during playback. · RELAY: When this button is pushed for more than 1 sec, you can turn on and off RELAY PLAY mode. !0 CUE button !5 TIME, TOTAL button r Disc holder LED · This flashes while the disc holder is opening and closing. · The LED lights when the disc holder is open and serves as the disc holder illumination. · Pushing the CUE button during play provides a return to the position at which play was started. Alternately pushing the PLAY/PAUSE button and the CUE button allows the CD to be played from the same position any number of times. · In CUE mode, by pushing the CUE button makes a Stutter sound from the CUE point. (Stutter) · Push this to switch the time display between the elapsed time or remaining time per track or per disc. · When this button is pushed for more 1 second, you can display the total time. (4 way, audio, CD only) !6 Display · See page 9. !7 Shuttle ring (outer ring) t Disc holder OPEN/CLOSE button !1 PLAY/PAUSE button (13) · Push this button to open and close the disc holder. Stop playback before pushing this button. · Use this button to start playback. · Push once to start playback, once again to set the pause mode, and once more to resume playback. (15) Memo Clear (MEMO ALL CLEAR) : NOTE: This PRESET item can be only performed in CD1 (left side) of the remote controller. w Push the TRACK SELECT knob o down again and select "OK" to execute clearing all MEMO data. · "Memo Clear" is displayed on the character display while clearing.
