You can use either filter or moka coffee (the latter makes an excellent Italian cappuccino). · Close the coffee lid and press the coffee ON/OFF switch (fig. · When you hear the gurgle at the end of filtration, place the cup (not plastic as it could be deformed by the heat) at the centre of the hot plate.
