The AiR-force SLR is already filled with pressure from 6-8 bar by delivery. [. . . ] Release air: Put off the valve cap, hitting the valve (golden/ silver nib) and the air pressure will remove. Before you start filling: The damper has to be in maximum travel position. Iteration: The necessary pressure depends on your weight the ratio of the bike and the application area. If the shock is compressing after a few pumps pleas try to pull the damper to complete extension and go on pumping. [. . . ] Sometimes the damper is pushed together by filling pressure, than you have to release the air, pull it to complete extension and refill again!
