Description of below information List of options to select for each section. 6 7 8 9 14 Jumping, Repeat Playback and Bookmark Jumping to a Time Point The GOTO function provides a convenient way to navigate DVDs or VCDs by allowing you to jump to a time you specify. Press the PAUSE key to pause playback point in which you wish to add a bookmark before accessing the Bookmark Menu. 1 2 2 Use the NUMBER keys to enter a time to jump to. To create another BOOKMARK, use the PLAY, NEXT, PREVIOUS, FAST FORWARD or FAST REVERSE keys to navigate to the next available scene you want to bookmark, press PAUSE and press the BOOKMARK key again. Once these locations are filled and you press BOOKMARK again, it will overwrite the bookmark information on location 1, then 2, and so on. You can access all your saved Bookmarks by pressing and holding down the BOOKMARK key until a menu appears. Use the arrow keys to navigate across the Bookmark icons and press ENTER key to begin playback of your selection. Use the "C" key to delete a bookmark. TM Repeating a Disc, Title or Chapter On DVDs, to repeat a Title or Chapter, use the REPEAT 1/ALL key. On VCDs, chapter and disc repeat is supported, but PBC must be disabled first (Press the PBC key). Audio CDs also allow repeat of tracks or the entire disc. 3 1 2 Press REPEAT 1/ALL during disc playback to set the Repeat Mode. To return to normal playback, press REPEAT 1/ALL until the REPEAT OFF icon appears onscreen signifying that repeat play is cancelled. An icon, REPEAT A, is displayed onscreen, letting you know that the segment start point has been saved. 2 3 When you reach the end of the segment you want to repeat, press the REPEAT A-B button again. The repeat icon onscreen changes to REPEAT OFF. ¤ About the Screen Saver When there is no activity or disc playback remains paused for a period of about 5 minutes, the Screen Saver will load, protecting the television from "screen burn", which could occur if an unusually bright image is displayed on-screen for an extended period of time. To display a JPEG file, use the 5/6keys to select a file then press ENTER or PLAY to display a file. Press the MENU key to exit the slide show and return to the on-screen player.
