When initially turned on, the LED will show the default setting at 55°F. Your wine cellar has an electronic temperature control on the front of the unit. You can set the temperature of your wine cellar at any setting from 39° to 68°F. NOTE: White wine temperature is kept at a lower temperature than red wine. By pressing the (+) temperature button on the display you can increase the temperature; pressing the (-) temperature button will lower the temperature.
