Different cursor styles can be selected in the Cursor section of the "Preferences" window. The Effects section of the "Preferences" window determines how annotations will disappear from the screen. Select the effect style from the drop-down list, the delay before the effect begins, and the speed of the effect to change how annotations disappear from the screen. NOTE: To use effects, annotation animation must be enabled by the control system program or a control on a UPX-2 touchpanel project. When using a DTT touchpanel or a mouse, the functions of the buttons on the stylus or mouse can be defined in the Pen/Mouse Functions section of the "Preferences" window. The pen side button corresponds to the middle mouse button (if present) when rocked toward the tip and the right mouse button when rocked toward the eraser.
