This part of the video picture is usually beyond the display capabilities of the screen. All video information at the edges is visible. None Normal Max 1. Video default is zero (0) for each of the video parameters (brightness, contrast, saturation and hue). Hue is not available with component video. Diagnostics Menu The Diagnostics button from the MAIN MENU contains controls for diagnostic tools. The diagnostic tools should only be used under supervision from a Crestron customer service representative during telephone support. The options available from the DIAGNOSTICS MENU are numeric in nature and their interpretation is beyond the scope of this manual. All mounting options are provided separately from the actual touchpanel. Refer to the following table for a complete list of mounting options. Refer to the latest versions of the RMK-12L and RMK-15L Installation Guides (Docs. 6361 and 6366, respectively). Touchpanel Mounting Tools Required: #2 Phillips tip screwdriver 1. If the cover plate is attached, use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to loosen and remove the four screws and plate. Insert the touchpanel (without its bezel) into the mounting option and align the eight screw holes. Insert and tighten the eight supplied screws (finger tight and then using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, tighten an additional 1/8-turn). Refer to the illustration following this step. Loosen and remove the screws that secure touchpanel to the mounting option in use. Using equal pressure, carefully remove the touchpanel from the opening. [. . . ] Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid to CRESTRON, 6 Volvo Drive, Rockleigh, N. J. or its authorized subsidiaries, with RMA number clearly marked on the outside of all cartons. Shipments arriving freight collect or without an RMA number shall be subject to refusal. CRESTRON reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to charge a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs on any products returned with an RMA. [. . . ]
