[. . . ] ITEM 1 Hex Key 1/8 1 Hex Key 3/16 2 Screw 1/4-20x1 NOTE: Before beginning this installation, make sure that the mounting surface can support the weight of the camera/lens assembly and CPC-CMT. Remove three 10-32 screws using the 1/8 hex key (supplied) and remove the Mounting Disc. Attach the Mounting Disc to the mounting surface of the CPC-CAMI using the two 1/4-20 screws and the 3/16 hex key (supplied). Install the flanged column at the desired location (hardware not supplied). Ensure that the mounting surface is sufficient enough to support the weight of the camera/lens assembly and the CPC-CMT. Secure the Mounting Disc (with the CPC-CAMI attached) to the CPC-CMT using three 10-32 screws. Tighten the screws so that the Mounting Disc does not separate from the CPC-CMT column. 4. To obtain warranty service for CRESTRON products, contact the factory and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Enclose a note specifying the nature of the problem, name and phone number of contact person, RMA number, and return address. Products may be returned for credit, exchange, or service with a CRESTRON Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid to CRESTRON, Cresskill, N. J. , or its authorized subsidiaries, with RMA number clearly marked on the outside of all cartons. Shipments arriving freight collect or without an RMA number shall be subject to refusal.
