The Communications Act of 1924 guarantees your right to receive radio transmissions on any frequency. Local laws that contravene this Act, while illegal, may be enforced by your local law enforcement officials until and unless they are prohibited from doing so by federal court action. NOTE When initially choosing your IntelliMute or IntelliMute Pro Activation Point, a setting of approximately 300 to 600 RPMs above idle is recommended. 22 Customizable Display Colors Your detector includes the Color Theme feature that allows you to customize the Display Screen Color scheme to match your car's dash illumination: Multi-Color, Red, Blue, Orange or Green. Display Timeout Display Timeout determines how long the Standby screen is illuminated before switching the unit to Dark. Assistance Alert Settings Before SmartPower enters Low Power mode, you will hear three beeps and SmartPower will flash on the display. To return the unit to Normal Power mode and Secondary Icons exit Low Power mode, start the car, click anywhere on the touchscreen or turn the unit Off and then On again.
