The data you import appears in the label impor t boxes and the preview image. 29 Importing File and Folder Name for a Data Label or Digital Image Label Use the following procedures to import a folder name and file names for data label or digital image label. To import file names 1. Click Import and then Import File Name. This displays a dialog box for selecting files. 1. Opening a File Using Drag and Drop · Dropping the icon of a file whose name ends with the extension ". cte" into the main window (page 23) or into the work area (page 47)opens the file. 34 Creating a Data Index File For a disc that contains so much data that it cannot fit on a label, you can use the following procedure to create a data index file that you can print out on a computer printer. 3. Any changes you make to a label are immediately reflected in the label preview image. Important!With print patterns 8 through q, only one line of text can be printed in each label print area, regardless of the font size (1×, 2×, 3×) setting. To configure print pattern settings 1.
