Opening a File Using Drag and Drop · Dropping the icon of a file whose name ends with the extension ". cte" into the main window (page 23) or into the work area (page 47)opens the file. 34 Creating a Data Index File For a disc that contains so much data that it cannot fit on a label, you can use the following procedure to create a data index file that you can print out on a computer printer. 3.
