[destination selected]> Route inspection> Route settings 25 CarTrek600 Software Instruction Manual The Route settings screen allows you to: · Change the transportation mode to car, pedestrian or bike; · Switch between shortest and fastest route calculation modes; · Set the maximum speed for ETA calculation; · Set a toll or highway avoidance. NOTE: Route settings changed here are applied to all route calculation. Next to the information on this screen your navigation device will also give audio instructions to guide you to your selected destination(s). The next road field, displaying the street name corresponding to the upcoming manoeuvre (5). Astatisticsfield, displayingtheexpectedtraveltime, thedistancetotheselected destination and an approximation of your current speed (10). Astatusfield, displayingtheestimatedstand-alonepowerofyourbatteryandthe number of connected satellites (11). If you want to change any of the settings during navigation simply tap on the map. TIP: The navigation screen and the placement of informational items can be customized to fit your specific needs. TIP: Your navigation device supports 2-Dimensional and 3-Dimensional map viewing as well as two different map views designed for use during day and during night. More information on changing map views can be found in section 3. 9. 3. 3. 7. 1 Auto zoom functionality Navigation screen The auto zoom functionality adapts the zoom level of the navigation screen map to the speed of your vehicle. This provides you with a more detailed view of the environment when driving slowly, for example at intersections or close to your destination. To activate the auto zoom functionality, tap the auto zoom button in the navigation screen, the auto zoom button will disappear.
