[. . . ] User guide BT Hub Phone 1020 for use with BT Broadband Talk Welcome. . . to your BT Hub Phone 1020 for use with BT Broadband Talk What is Broadband Talk?It has its own phone number, so is perfect for giving to the kids, or keeping for work calls, to make sure your main landline is free for other calls. Broadband Talk comes included with BT Total Broadband, so there is no extra line rental to pay. It comes with Evening and Weekend (or Anytime) calls to UK landlines and great rates on calls abroad. If you want to end the current call and pick up the waiting call, press . Press again to connect to the waiting caller. The second caller is only charged from the second you answer, not while they are waiting to be connected. Call Waiting is set automatically, you can turn this feature off by using #43#. Any other handsets will ring if the maximum number of calls isn't already in progress. 46 BT Calling Features By using the BT globe menu your BT Hub Phone 1020 gives you easy access to a range of BT features.
