The BT button provides quick access to a range of useful services, including SMS text messages, Calls list and BT services such as Helpdesk and Directory Enquiries. Caller Display lets you see who's calling and your phone stores details of the last 30 callers in a Calls list. Answering machine can be operated from the base, at a handset or by remote access from another phone. Scroll or through the melody options and press OK to select the melody you want. Press to return to standby. There are 5 volume levels and Off. Ringer volume 1. Press or to the ringer volume you want and press OK. to return to standby. Scroll or to highlight On or Off, then press OK to select the option highlighted. If you switch the handset key tones off, you will not hear any confirmation tones when altering settings. Battery low When your battery needs recharging, you will hear a regular beep. Scroll or to highlight On or Off, then press OK to select the option highlighted. Press to return to standby. A warning beep will sound when the handset signal is going out of range. Scroll or to highlight On or Off, then press OK to select the option highlighted. Press to return to standby. CallMe You can set your BT Freestyle 350 to call you if you need to be contacted urgently when away from home. By setting CallMe and entering your mobile or an alternative contact number your BT Freestyle 350 will dial the number when any button (except the Opt button) is pressed. Press OK. Enter the full number of the phone where you can be reached and press OK. Scroll or to highlight CallMe off and press OK. Auto answer With Auto answer switched on, you can answer calls by lifting the handset from the base or charger. or to highlight On or Off, then press OK. to return to standby. Your BT Freestyle 350 is pre-set to Tone (DTMF) dialing. or to highlight Tone or Pulse, then press OK. to return to standby. Recall mode IMPORTANT You should only change this setting if advised to do so. The (Recall) button is used with some network and PBX switchboard services.
