Britax A child's safety is your responsibility • Read these instructions carefully and make yourself familiar with the pushchair before using it with your child. € If your pushchair is used by someone unfamiliar with it (for example grandparents) always show them how the pushchair works. € Your child's safety may be affected if you do not follow these instructions. [. . . ] Use the pushchair for children under 6 months only with the backrest 20 reclined all the way back. 3 Adjusting the leg support How to put the leg support 23 up: Push both (left and right) buttons 22 and adjust the leg support 23 upwards until it clicks into the desired position. How to put the leg support 23 down: Push the two buttons 22 on both sides. Swivel the leg support 23 downwards until it engages in the desired position. The second infant carrier (lower position) can only be used forward facing. € Schließen Sie die Klettverschlüsse Preparation for using the B-DUAL Second Pushchair Seat or Lower Infant Carrier Adapter • In order to protect the child in the lower positon of the B-DUAL it is important that a cover 74 is fitted to the B-DUAL. € This cover 74 is needed whenever the B-DUAL has an infant carrier, carrycot or BABY-SAFE Sleeper fitted in the main (upper) seat position. € This cover is included in every B-DUAL Second Seat or B-DUAL Lower Infant Carrier Adapter Frame. € To attach the cover 74, close the zippers 75 around the chassies tubing on the left tube and right tube of the B-DUAL. € Close the Velcro’s around the chassis sockets of the B-DUAL to ensure tight fitting on the lower side of the cover. It is only suitable for use in combination with the pushchair seat 8, the infant carrier, the carrycot or the Britax/ Römer BABY-SAFE Sleeper.
