[. . . ] Setting the temperature (only with models C 70 TS, C 100 TS) By means of the temperature control you may choose a temperature setting from a range between «min» and «max». Higher temperatures are suitable for thick hair, lower temperatures for thin hair. When using the shot of steam, we recommend setting the temperature control at «max». 1 To switch on the energy supply push switch 2 3 4 5 To start the appliance, push switch further up to the «start» position until you can clearly hear a click. After use, always switch off (slide switch back to position «0») and make sure the water reservoir is empty. Steam will be released from the openings of the tong, exactly giving the required amont of natural moisture for a longer-lasting and healthier-looking style. to achieve an optimal steam performance , we recommend to set the temperature control at «max». Using the rollers (model C 100 TS only) Place one of the rollers onto the tong until it snaps into place (the arrow in the direction of the ready indicator). Wind the hair around the roller, release the steam and hold for approx. Cleaning For cleaning, make sure the appliance is switched off and cold. The tong, the handle and the protective cover can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth if necessary. The brush attachments, the protectiive cover and the rollers can be cleaned in warm, soapy water. Storage After use or cleaning, always place the protective cover on the appliance. It is heat-resistant and can be placed on the product immediately after usage. The protective cover will ensure that the appliance does not turn on unintentionally.
