If problems persist, read the following troubleshooting tips which may help eliminate the problems. GENERAL PROBLEMS SYMPTOM CAUSE REMEDY Power does not turn on. Fuse has blown. Replace with a fuse of same amperage. [. . . ] Leave the power on for about one hour to dry the unit. Sound is bad immediately after power is turned on. Disc cannot be played, and the display reads "Parental Violation. " Droplets may have formed on the internal lens when the car is parked in a humid location.
