This coating absorbs and disintegrates splashes from baking and roasting while the oven is in operation. The higher the temperature and the longer the oven is in operation, the better the result will be. If dirt is still visible after several uses, clean the back wall and ceiling with hot soapy water and a soft sponge. This does not damage the enamel. 26 Important notes Never use abrasive cleaning agents. If oven cleaner accidentally gets on to the coating, remove it immediately with a soft sponge and plenty of water.
