If the programme stored under a station button is no longer available, "PROG OFF" appears on the display. In such a case, please press another station button or << >> to select a different programme. If the station button is not occupied, "----" will appear on the display. When the search run is active, the frequency and "DAB-SCAN" appear alternately on the display. At the end of an entire search run, the last programme stored is reactivated. NB: When the traffic announcement mode TA is active (see Receiving Traffic Announcements with DAB) only stations which broadcast traffic announcements are scanned. Scanning all Stored Programmes You also have the option of scanning all the programmes stored on the three memory levels for ten seconds each (PRESETSCAN). During scanning, the programmes flash on the display and "SCAN" appears when the programme changes. Ending PRESET-SCAN: · Press SCAN once again Scanning all Receivable Programmes (DAB-SCAN) DAB-SCAN enables you to scan all receivable ensembles for 10 seconds. Once the ensemble has been located, all programmes in the ensemble are scanned for 10 seconds. The language of the PTY list can be set under the DSC menu of your car radio. DRC DRC (Dynamic Range Control) enables you to adapt the volume of music programmes to the acoustic conditions in your car (e. g. NB: DRC volume adjustment and NEWS and WEATHER announcements are only possible when the programme received supports these functions.
