When you start a new call, the volume is set to its middle setting regardless of where it was when you ended the previous call. Each time you increase or decrease the ringer volume, the conference phone rings at that volume setting. Ringer On/Off If you do not want the conference phone's ringer to sound, move the switch to OFF. The ringer switch is on the bottom of the conference phone.
