Press <Menu> to access the main menu and press <UP/DOWN> to select Call List. Note: You can press and hold <#> to toggle between the uppercase and lowercase letters. Name and phone number are mandatory to enter in order to save it as a phonebook entry. During editing the name, you can also press and hold <*> to toggle among different character sets. Press <TALK ON> / <SPEAKERPHONE> / <Accept> on the called handset to establish an internal call. Press <TALK OFF> on the calling handset to end the current call with the external party. 4. 11. 3 Switch calls between an external call and an internal call During a call: 1. The external call is put on hold automatically and the called handset rings. Press <TALK ON> / <SPEAKERPHONE> / <Accept> on the called handset to establish an internal call. Press <INT> on the calling handset to switch the call connection with the external party while putting the internal call on hold. Press <INT> on the calling handset to switch the call connection with the internal party while putting the external call on hold. 4. 11. 4 Make a 3-way conference call The conference call feature allows one external call to be shared with two handsets (in intercom). The three parties can share the conversation and no network subscription is required.
