MX-2, SX-23, SX-35 CROSS-OVERS
The MX-2, SX-23, SX-35 CROSS-OVERS Module Adapter (Biamp #909-0047-00) provides mounting & power for modules such as BOSE EQ (Models 8, 25, 32, & 102) and TM APHEX Aural Exciter (Model 519B). [. . . ] The MX-2, SX-23, SX-35 CROSS-OVERS allows these modules to be used economically in `stand-alone' applications with ® ® ADVANTAGE IWA & RPM Series powered mixers, PRECEDENCE CMX-2, SX-23, SX-35 CROSS-OVERS Series mixer/amplifiers, or virtually any other sound system. The MX-2, SX-23, SX-35 CROSS-OVERS Module Adapter consists of a metal box, with an internal circuit board and an external power transformer. The MX-2, SX-23, SX-35 CROSS-OVERS circuit board provides an edge-connector, which accepts the module circuit board. The MX-2, SX-23, SX-35 CROSS-OVERS power transformer is connected via a 5-pin DIN connector. When used with CMX-2, SX-23, SX-35 CROSS-OVERS Series mixer/amplifiers, connect Pre Out to the module input and the module output to Amp In. Likewise, a module may be connected at the main patch point of virtually any mixer. The MX-2, SX-23, SX-35 CROSS-OVERS receives 27 Volts AC from its external power transformer, and provides +24 Volts DC (pin 1) and a ground (pin 4) for the module. When loaded with a module, the MX-2, SX-23, SX-35 CROSS-OVERS will provide a maximum current of 25 mA and will have a power consumption of less than 2 Watts.
