 [. . . ]  [. . . ] Ensure you have the latest version of Audia Software by visiting http://www. biamp. com/audia/docsoft. html. After the software is connected to the network,  select the device to be upgraded from the device list,  then click on Device Maintenance.

Click on Update Firmware,  and then select the firmware file extracted in step 2. After the firmware is finished loading,  a notification will come up stating that the device will be reset,  click OK. This means that the firmware has been properly loaded.
