Disconnecting (internal phone and SIM-Access only) Note: The menu item Disconnect is shown only if a conference call is active, a conference party has been selected and no other call on hold is given. By selecting Disconnect in the Options menu you can remove a call from a conference call and conduct a private call. For example, these tones are required to retrieve information from an answering machine. ! The entries must not be confirmed. The individual DTMF tones will be sent immediately after selection. ! If this is the case you will have to reconnect the mobile phone to the Cascade as described in "Connecting and disconnecting devices" on page 173. · If, at the end of the call, the function Private was activated, it will be deactivated again for the next call. Press the rotary control/ push button to switch the function on ( ) or off ( ). ! Telephone fast access functions In fast access mode the last 20 numbers or names which have been dialled, answered or rejected will be displayed in chronological order. Notes: The fast access entries have been given symbols (the symbols are displayed in the following order ­ number not in memory, mobile phone number, business number, private number and SIM card entries): · The symbols , , , and stand for answered calls. · The symbols , , , and stand for outgoing calls. You may: · Call numbers and names listed in fast access mode directly. the entry will not be deleted when the maximum number of entries is reached. · Save an entry from the fast access list to the address book or to the SIM card (internal phone and SIM-Access only). ! Press . 5051 ! The telephone fast access function appears. 120 Telephone mode Direct calling Call up the telephone fast access function. Turn the rotary control/ push button and then press the rotary control/ push button to select the required number or name from the list. The call connection to the required person will be started immediately. ! Protecting an entry Call up the telephone fast access function. Switch protection on ( ) or off ( ) by pressing the rotary control/ push button . Protected entries are identified by the symbol. ! Deleting an entry Call up the telephone fast access function. Turn the rotary control/ push button and then press the rotary control/ push button to select the Delete entry entry. The entry is deleted from the fast access list. ! Note: A protected entry is only protected from being deleted in fast access mode. However, you can delete this protected entry individually, and it will also be deleted when the complete list is deleted. 121 Telephone mode Deleting a list Call up the telephone fast access function.
