To secure the configuration of the Network Print Server, change the community name from the default setting. Trap Community Name Enter the community name used when traps are sent from the Network Print Server. This setting allows trap utilities only to accept traps from devices with appropriate community names. EtherTalk Restores settings specific to the EtherTalk protocol configuration such as the name and zone. To completely restore the print server to factory default settings, select all items in the list. CAUTION: Make sure there are no active print jobs when you select Restore Factory Defaults. If you reset the Network Print Server while a job is printing, the job may not print successfully. By creating different views, the user can narrow the information displayed to that which is of highest priority. These views can be saved and selected as needed.
