Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] The appliance must be installed by a qualified person in compliance with the instructions provided. Incorrect installation may cause harm to persons, animals or may damage property. Fitting the appliance Use the appropriate cabinet to ensure that the appliance functions properly. • The panels adjacent to the oven must be made of heat-resistant material. [. . . ] Never put objects directly on the oven bottom to avoid damaging the enamel coating. Cooling ventilation In order to cool down the external temperature of the oven, a cooling fan blows air between the control panel and the oven door. In the FAST COOKING mode, the fan goes on automatically after ten minutes. In the BAKING mode, the cooling fan goes on only when the oven is hot. At the beginning of the FAST CLEAN mode, the cooling fan operates at low speed. Once the cooking has been completed, the cooling fan remains on until the oven has cooled down sufficiently. Oven light When the oven is off, the lamp can be turned on at any time by pressing the button or by opening the oven door. GB Setting the clock and timer The time can only be set on the clock when the SELECTOR knob is set to position “0”. After the appliance has been connected to the power supply, or after a blackout, the clock display will automatically reset to 0:00 and begin to blink. The timer operates in minutes: when the selected time has elapsed, a buzzer will sound. After one minute the buzzer will automatically stop or when any button is pressed. This mode is especially recommended for cooking pre-packed food quickly (frozen or pre-cooked). LEAVENING mode The oven reaches and maintains a temperature of 40°C irrespective of the position of the THERMOSTAT knob. pIZZA mode The heating elements (bottom and circular) and the fan come on. The Rotisserie (only available on certain models) To operate the rotisserie (see diagram) proceed as follows: 1. Place the rotisserie support in position 3 and insert the spit in the hole provided on the back panel of the oven. When the selected time has elapsed, END appears on the display and a buzzer sounds. The END message disappears when the THERMOSTAT knob returns to position “0”. Programming End Press button and repeat steps 1 to 4 as described in the Programming Time procedure. And a time of 1 hour and 15 minutes is programmed and the end time is set to 12:30. In the BARBECUE and GRATIN cooking modes, particularly when using the rotisserie, place the dripping pan in position 1 to collect cooking residues (fat and/or grease). MULTI-COOKING • Use position 2 and 4, placing the food that requires more heat on 2. [. . . ] Inspecting the seals Check the door seals around the oven periodically. If the seals are damaged, please contact your nearest After-sales Service Centre (see Assistance). Cleaning the appliance • The stainless-steel or enamel-coated external parts as well as the rubber seals may be cleaned using a sponge that has been soaked in lukewarm water and neutral soap. • Ideally, the inside of the oven should be cleaned after each use, when it is still lukewarm.
