[. . . ] S USE ON THE MAINS To use the trimmer on the mains, plug the cord directly into the unit. Plug the trimmer, in the OFF position, into the mains and switch ON (If the battery is very weak, wait about 1 minute). WATERPROOF For a greater comfort of use, your E835E trimmer is waterproof and can even be used in the shower. WARNING: the cord must be unplugged from the handle before using the appliance in the shower. ATTACHING AND REMOVING ACCESSORIES Make sure that the unit is switched off before changing the trimmer head or accessories. To attach a head, fit the base of the accessory onto the unit pressing it until you hear a click. To remove a head, hold the handle of the unit in one hand and push up on the head with your free hand to remove it (Fig. IMPORTANT: Always attach the cutting guide BEFORE turning the trimmer on, and turn it off before changing the guide.
