Before the first commissioning Chain lubrication The chain saw is not delivered filled with saw chain adhering oil. The use without saw chain adhering oil results in damages of the chain saw. The durability and cutting power of the chain depends on the optimal lubrication. The chain saw reacts uncontrolled and causes frequently heavy injuries with the operator. Carry out lateral cuts, diagonal cuts and longitudinal cuts with increased attention because here the claw stopper (16) is not put on. Let the chain saw work by producing a light leverage pressure over the claw stopper. Never work - with stretched arms - on hardly accessible places - standing on a ladder, a staging or a tree. Never get in contact with the running saw with metallic fences or the ground. Switch off the chain saw between the cuts when several cuts are carried out. If the saw chain jams in the wood switch off immediately the device and pull out the power plug. Place one cut (one third of the diameter of the trunk) from the bottom up. Then place a second cut on the same point from top which cuts through the trunk. Wood on the lower side in tension 18 Place one cut (one third of the diameter of the trunk) from top to bottom.
