This field applies only when synchronous DRAM is installed in the system. Available options: 2, 3, 4, 5 49 Advanced Chipset features > DRAM RAS# Precharge If an insufficient number of cycles are allowed for the RAS to accumulate its charge before DRAM refresh, the refresh may be incomplete and the DRAM may fail to retain data. This field applies only when synchronous DRAM is installed in the system. Available options: 2, 3, 4, 5 Advanced Chipset features > Active to Precharge Delay Select the operating system that is active to precharge delay. Available options: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 Advanced Chipset features > System Memory Frequency This item is used to set DRAM timing.
