Call Waiting, conferencing, etc. ) MUTE - (Privacy) prevent caller from hearing your conversation. (Add pause within dialled sequence. ) HANDSFREE - Start / end handsfree telephone call. Using U D, select the message you wish to read (or delete), then: to read the message, press READ. (Press STOP to close it. ) to delete a (read) message, press DELETE on the e-m@iler (or #SHIFT and !DEL on the keyboard). to delete all (read) messages, hold down DELETE on the e-m@iler for approx 5 seconds until all messages are cleared. (Any unread messages will not be deleted. ) to delete all messages (both read and unread), press #SHIFT and SYMBOL and !DEL together on the keyboard. to print the message, see page 63. 61 Email to reply to the message, see page 66. to paste an email address, read the message containing the required address and then, using the keyboard, press STORE together with EMAIL. This opens a new Address Book entry with the selected address pre-inserted. (Storing information on page 37. ) & Note you can store only one address in the Email: box. (If more than one address is pasted, you will have to delete the additional ones. ) & Deleting any (or all) of your messages does not affect other users' messages. When you've finished, press STOP to go back to the previous display. FAST TRACK: Display message, press L, type in reply, press EMAIL. [. . . ] If it's greater than 300, 000 there should be no problem receiving all new messages; if it's less than 100, 000, you may need to create some more space in memory by deleting old VoiceMail messages (and email messages with graphics or sound attachments). Card memory size: If a Smart Media memory card is inserted, the available memory thereon is displayed. If no memory card is fitted, this will be indicated (as shown in the above example).
