Battery performance N After charging your handset batteries during 15 hours for the first time, subsequent charging time is approximately 4­5 hours when the batteries are almost flat. N You can place the handset in the base station after a call to optimize the battery performance. The display shows a P for each pause inserted. Operating two or more handsets at one base station You can register up to four handsets at one base station. This allows you to make costfree internal calls between handsets or enquiry calls and conference calls. The external user is put on hold. ~ R Press longer than one second. Change flash time You need only adjust this setting if your PABX requires a different flash time to the pre-set flash time of 100 milliseconds. Remedy Contact with liquid ! No display. If the handset should come into contact with liquid, on no account switch the device on. Allow the liquid to drip out of the device, and then dab all parts of the device dry. Keep the handset with the batteries removed in a warm, dry place for at least 72 hours. [. . . ]
