Insert the meat probe point in the middle of the meat, as far as it goes. The high rim around the oven shelf is an additional device to prevent cookware from slipping. Inserting the oven shelf and deep roasting pan together Put the oven shelf on the deep roasting pan. Put the oven shelf and the deep roasting pan on the telescopic runners.
