To eliminate this problem, clean the griddle as described in section "11. 6 Cleaning the fry-top / steak grill" before use. 7. 2 Switching on The fry-top/steak grill is equipped with differentiated heating. The entire surface of the griddle can be used, or only one of the two halves, front or rear. Position the control knob of the heating element to the required setting.
