Your MAT-605 and MDB-607 are designed to give you simple, convenient access to thousands of Internet radio stations worldwide via wired (Ethernet RJ-45) and wireless (WiFi) network connections!The MAT-605 and MDB-607 are the ideal complement to your audiophile HiFi system. POWER ON INDICATOR The MDB-607 module will switch ON only if it is connected to the MAT-605 tuner. To connect this module to your tuner, please use the RJ-45 cable included in the carton. This RJ-45 cable must be connected between the output “TO MAT-605” of your MDB-607 module and the input “TO MDB-607” of your MAT-605 tuner. When you swtich ON your MAT-605 tuner, then the MDB-607 will switch ON automatically. INTERFACE CONNECTOR TO MAT-605 Your digital radio module MDB-607 must work together with your tuner MAT-605. You must connect the RJ-45 cable which is included with your MDB-607 . Be careful, this cable is specific, also, use it only between the MAT-605 and the MDB-607. ETHERNET INPUT Use this port if you would like to integrate your MDB-607 into your network via a wired connection. To connect the MDB-607 to your router in this manner, use a standard network cable (twisted pair with RJ45 plugs). Two LEDs near the port show the status of the link: (orange) indicates a live connection and network traffic is signaled by a (green) LED (usually flickering). DAB / DAB+ ANTENNA If you have access to DAB/DAB+ radios, screw the included articulated antenna onto this connector. If possible, please ensure that the antenna is set to a vertical position to ensure the best possible reception. WIFI ANTENNA If you have access to a wireless LAN (WLAN), screw the included articulated antenna onto this connector. If possible, please ensure that the antenna is set to a vertical position to ensure the best possible reception. [. . . ] SOURCE SELECTION With the MDB-607, you have the possibility to choose 3 different sources: internet radios, DAB/DAB+ radios and Music player (files which are on the same network, on your PC or media server). SYSTEM WIZARD Now you can select the WIZARD menu, the MDB-607 module will search automatically any WiFi networks available. If it is protected by a password, the MDB-607 will display a new menu and you have to enter your password.
