Twenty five percent more friability than 321, Cubitron Grain 324 is more compatible with resin bonds and their grinding applications, such as roll grinding, centerless grinding and cut-off wheels. The mineral breaks down under lower pressure grinding rather than breaking out of the resin bond. It may even be a suitable alternative in vitrified bonds where 321 is too tough.
